Cooling off period

Assessments can only be performed on an individual every so often. The app implements a grace-period of locked down assessments to prevent maneuvering to get a supposed-but-erroneous "ideal" set of traits.
The Johari Window is an easy-to-administer technique to help your people focus more on strengths. With such data in place, performance reviews can focus on the strengths that enhance a direct report's progress.
With this tool, the app opens a path to start a conversation on strengths and traits without having people feeling defensive in typical performance reviews.
Isn't it better to have your team-mates highlight your strengths?
